01. SHIPPING PROCESS
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 01-03 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 05-15 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier.
Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to contact@goldenmarkclothing.com for additional assistance in this matter.
Please noted that pre-sale and custom items are not to subject the regular shipping timelines. It will ship after their stated production timelines, which can be found on the respective product pages and in your order confirmation email.
02. SHIPPING CHARGE
Costs may vary in different countries and locations. We package & ship orders to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location.Shipping charges will be calculated depending on your location and displayed at order checkout. Besides we sometimes offer free shipping for selected categories or products under promotional offer.
03. TRACKING ORDER
Tracking numbers will be sent containing your tracking information to follow the journey of your package as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
04. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to verify an incorrect shipping address. Once your order is placed to ship, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
05. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
06. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices on our webpage are displayed in US Dollar with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
